Project description: The ''Brandenburgische Sportjugend'' (BSJ, Sports Youth Brandenburg) is an independent working youth organization operating within the ''Sports Federation Brandenburg'' (LSB, Landessportbund Brandenbur e.V.). Its members are children and teenagers, as well as, their youth representatives, organized in more than 2.500 sportingclubs.
Through his/her daily engagement, the volunteer will support the co-workers in their daily activities. The Department imparts knowledge on planning, organization, implementation, finance possibilities and evaluation of international activities such as staff and youth exchanges, international seminars, workshops, meetings, study visits and conferences. Cross-functional tasks of the department are to internationalize social projects, to provide international seminars and learning opportunities for the educational department and to organize exchange visits and workshops for young people and disseminators, who are involved in the project development.
